When an admission Ticket is purchased, 402 charges additional fees on top of the Admission Fees for the Event. These fees are displayed on the payment screen.
Admission Fees and other charges are paid to 402 through payment processing handled by Event Online, a ticketing provider.
Payment can be made using various methods, including iDEAL, Visa and Mastercard.
Once payment has been received, the Agreement is final and cannot be cancelled unless otherwise agreed.
Tickets are sent by email immediately after payment has been received. It may take some time for the Tickets to arrive in your inbox.
402 is not liable for Tickets purchased outside the official sales channel.
If the Event is cancelled, the Customer will receive a refund of the Admission Fees paid, less bank charges, unless the cancellation is due to force majeure. Force majeure includes, without limitation: war, threat of war, civil unrest, threat of terrorism, restrictive measures imposed by domestic or foreign authorities, the death of one or more members of the Dutch Royal Family, fire, strikes, failure of or damage to equipment and equipment control systems, transport disruption or strikes, pandemics, epidemics or epidemic-like conditions, flooding, extreme weather conditions, sabotage and, in general, any unforeseen circumstances in the Netherlands or abroad as a result of which 402 cannot reasonably be required to fulfil the Agreement.
If the Event is rescheduled, purchased Tickets will remain valid for the new Event date.
402 accepts no liability for the purchase or delivery of Tickets outside the ticket shop for an Event organised by 402. This also applies to agreements that are not handled entirely by 402, whether or not at the Customer’s request, and that involve a third party directly or indirectly, such as a Venue’s box office. 402 may refuse admission to persons who have obtained their Tickets in this way.
The Agreement and these Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law, excluding private international law rules concerning the applicable law. Disputes arising from the Agreement and/or these Terms & Conditions shall initially be submitted to the competent court in the judicial district of Breda, without prejudice to the right to appeal or appeal in cassation.
